Humans...odd animals
So it takes me a while to "warm up" to humans. Sure I rush over and climb them while I thoroughly sniff them and yell at them to test their integrity and how useful they might be to me. You know, like if they'll play with me (here I test if they know where the toy closet is and what lives inside- toys, duh!). I didn't like my Lap Lady for the first weekish that I knew her. I hissed and growled and didn't like her at all. I just didn't know here and I was far away from my family. Once I trusted her she became my person. Even the Tall Man took about a year for me to trust him fully. He's so tall that he made me a bit nervous. Now, I let him do whatever he wants and even go to him for snuggles and he comes to me to love on.
My point here is that there is only really one other person that I really deem important enough for my purrs and lap snuggles. That is my grandma and I know she will always play with me- she just can't resist. As long as I yell loud and long enough she will play with me. With the good toys. Basically I want her to come live here and be my toy slave because there is obviously a strong need for a human to play with me constantly!
