This is my final question! After this the questions will be about Latte and featured on his blog. Remember both winners will be announced July 25th on Latte's blog. The prize packages are on order from Siamese Rescue!!

I am going to list the members of my family. Please place them in order of who are my favorites to who I like the least. And by favorites I mean those who make me purr a lot (and yes I purr while snuggling with other cats). Start with who I love most and work your way down. I threw in a hint about Grandma :)

A few of these are pretty tricky so I'm going to write out my answers and stick to them. When you guess I'll tell you which ones are correct and then you can guess again. Question #5 (& Flower Friday)

Where do I sit when I want to dream about my boyfriend cat Mao?

All great guesses! I do like to sleep all of those place but the special place I was thinking of was the Poang Chair because Mao an I both have one. Dragonheart got it right first! And of course Mao did too.

THE INTERNET IS BACK UP!!!! Sorry I couldn't post this sooner. I think Dragonheart's is sleeping now.

Yeah Meezer Gang!! They were the first to answer correctly: May. I was featured along with Latte & Mao & Skeezix (we called it Meezer May in our house). Derby was a really close second, only a few minutes behind.

I think of myself as a normal cat but according to the Lap Lady I do some things that are a-typical. What is the most embarrasing thing I do (according to the Lap Lady)? Be fairly specific please!

He's right again! Down to the last detail. Go Dragonheart go! I'm very impressed with your knowledge. Meezer Gang, those are all really good reasons I upset the LL too. I don't know why she doesn't want those feminine products downstairs in the living room though.

Question #2

I think this one is a bit tougher than yesterday's question...

Where in the US was I born? This is where I lived with my Mamakitty and my breeder who loved me very much until I found my furever home.

Dragonheart was right on top of this one too! He is correct, I was born in Alexandria, Virginia! That is right next to Washington, DC. On the ride to my new home I screamed for 4 hours straight. No breaks. I'm lucky the Tall Man didn't toss me out the window during the very trafficy drive.

OK, tomorrow I'm going to have to get a little tougher!

OK, this one is multiple choice. Over the year I've found that a lot of cats (and people) don't really know how to pronounce my name. So I figured that's a great place to start the contest!

How do you pronounce my name?
a. Kah-zee
b. Kazzz
c. Kayz
d. Kayzee

Apparently that was an easy one!! Thanks Dragonheart for answering so fast and correctly!!

I get a lot of people thinking all of these different ways but its true, it is Kah-zee (like kami-kaze). My name actually means "the wind" in Japanese. I like my name a lot and I love to be called.

1 Year Blogging Contests!

OK, so July 16th is the 1 year anniversary of me blogging! Even better, July 25th is Latte's 1 year blogging anniversary. The two of us got together and decided to go in on a contest together. I'm very excited about this and I was trying to think of some way to commemorate the event and I noticed I'm fairly close to my 300th post and so is Latte.

Here's how its going to work:
We blog on week days (Monday-Friday) and (thanks Tara!) we're going to post the question between 11am-12pm Eastern time.

For the next weekish (defined by me because I can July 9-16th) I am going to post a question on my blog about one of my past posts or something just generally about me. In the comments field of the day the question is asked please leave your answers to the question. I will keep a running list of who gets the most answers correct. The cat who answers the question correctly FIRST (as determined by time of comment) will be the winner for that day.

The next weekish (July 17th-July 24th) Latte will get to ask questions about his blogging over the past year. Same rules apply as with my questions. Again, whoever gets the most questions right wins!

Here's the fun part:

There will be a winner for each of us! Whoever gets the most answers right from my questions wins a prize package from Siamese Rescue. Whoever wins the most questions from Latte's blog ALSO gets a prize package. Should one cat win both, there is a special surprise!!!
