What the?

Snap here again (if you recall I'm the horse in the family). So today after my fine breakfast I saw the servant again. This could not be good in the middle of the day as she is always at work. She was wearing a skirt. Yes, in the barn. So anyway, there I was covered in hives and she pulls me out and the VET man is there again. So he gives me a shot for my hives. Great. Then another shot and suddenly the world got.....groovy. I had to plant my front hooves and rest my head on the cross ties. I started to sweat and my bottom lip was hanging. He did say my front hooves are all better! I have to take medicines now to keep up my bloodflow and painkillers when I get new shoes but I came through my laminitic episode just fine!

Meanwhile on my hocks (those backwards knee things) people were scrubbing and scrubbing a small area. The the VET man went back there and STUCK A KNEEDLE INTO THE JOINT!! (It didn't hurt at all though) The servant saw clear fluid right from my joint leak out. Then he injected some stuff to make my hocks more lubricated. I had to stand there for 20 minutes while I came out of my la-la-land. When I woke up the Servant had braided all of my mane and my tail! I looked like an idiot but I didn't really care because the world was fuzzy and nice.

But now I'm bored. Thankfully the Servant left the computer here. All of my friends are outside tonight eating grass but I'm stuck in my stall so I don't move around a lot.

Oh, and I have these shot things I have to take every week as a joint supplement. I'm scared....the Servant has to give them to me and I don't really trust her with kneedles. I know with you cats they take you to the VET for shots but for us the humans try to do as much they can themselves to save on vet calls and the vets are completely fine with it.

So after a boring night and a few days off I'm saving up a nice big BUCK (like a binkie) so the servant lands on her butt. Ah...life will be grand.

Tah for now my feline friends! Kaze will be back in the morning.

Hi Snap. Nice to hear from you. I've never seen a horse but I understand they're very lovely creatures.

I hope your hives clear up soon. Goodness me.

Whoa! That sounds like a rough day. It's good that you got some fuzzy medicines, though. Things are sometimes easier when the world is fuzzy.;) It's good to hear that your feets are doing well, even though you have to get hock shots every week. I'm sure your lady will do just fine. She only wants you to feel better.

Love,
Tazo
