The Cat Gym is still open! & Toesday
Well....I don't think its supposed to be but it is. Whenever I hear the Lap Lady coming up the stairs I'm sure to get out and look "innocent". It took her about a day to wonder where Latte was when I was just standing there. Then she looked under the bed....the hole was open and bigger than ever. There was also a Latte sized buldge in one part. She got real mad and started yelling at him. I don't know if she should yell at him, it really was me that started the whole thing. Anyway she's going to think of more permanent fixes (she used tape before). Really....permanent fixes? I don't think she realizes that once we've discovered something there is no way to keep it from us. I think she's starting to figure out that the cat room can never be a guest room because the "guests" would never get any sleep anyway.

our mommy says to just rip the entire piece of fabric off the bottom of the boxed springs, that way it's no fun to play in anymore. Or just shove a bunch of stuff unner there to block the hole - like she did in our extra room bed.
Great toes Kaze! Very nice photo. :) Glad to hear the cat gym is still open, even if it's not supposed to be.
Well, guests should just be happy that you are there to keep you warm. And they should be happy that you allow them in your room at all!
Great shot of you Kaze! You really have a long and elegant face.
Here is what you can try on the box springs: put a fitted sheet on there, UPSIDE DOWN, so that the sheet part is on the bottom. You can even put a couple layers of them there.
Yes, I think that if you let guests play in the guest room, they should be honored. Why would they want to sleep there?
Well, it is called the "cat room". Wat did she expect?
Lovely toesies by the way.
Can we all come over and play???
Oh Skeezix, you're ALWAYS welcome to come over and play! I do however wonder how long the Tall Man would last!
we love the paw picture!
we think the fitted sheet idea is a good one, but our Lady just goes right for the piling of junk in the way.
Our beans had to resort to very thin plywood under the bed - drat!
Kaze... that's a great picture of you and your toes.
I wanted to comment yesterday but couldn't due to technical difficulties!
It looks like those humans have got some good ideas here on how to fix the box spring situation... so it looks like you're gym might be closing soon. Or at least that one station.
Aw, that's a nice photo, Kaze!
We used to get under the people box springs until we moved and they got a new mattress set! We haven't managed to rip this one open yet, but you give me hope!
Our grandma's meezer ripped her box spring fabric and, like the meezers advised, she just took the whole thing off. They love to spoil a cat's fun.
