Heat Wave
Its really really hot outside. I think I can see the squirrels sweating, or at least moving slower than usual. Its very hazy outside and the Lap Lady keeps pushing me off of her lap after she comes inside. I don't really get hot so I don't understand. I just want to snuggle under the covers and lie across her neck and purrrrrr.
The past few weeks the Lap Lady has smelled kind of funny when she gets home. She told me its because she is cat sitting for my "uncle & aunt kitties". Their names are Jasmine (on the left) and Maestro (on the right). I don't understand "ca
t sitting" but it sounds like something I don't want to volunteer for, I don't want to be sat on! She says next week we are swapping and their person is going to come cat sit for us. Does this mean my people are going away? I don't want to loose them like Kismet's person!! I'm going to do some investigating- I'll keep you posted!

I am certain all will be fine. I can't imagine your Meowmy letting anything happen to such a fine feline as yourself.
If she pulls out the big red box, Kaze, that's a good sine she's gitting reddy to disapeer. Better git a pikchur of her before she disapeers so we'll have sumthing to put on the posters.
Jasmine & Maestro are fine looking kitties and it sounds like their people might be coming to take care of you. Be brave!
