Thursday Thirteen #41

Thirteen Weird Goings On This Week

1. Chase & Latte disappeared one night for an hour. They went out in the *shudder* stroller. Now I love the stroller In Doors but Out of Doors? You have to be insane.

2. The stroller lived in our kitchen all week which is cool because I like to nap in it on the pad the Lap Lady made last year.

3. Latte purred louder than me. I know!! Who would have thought it was possible? It was because the Tall Man rubbed his back with a water bottle.
BAD (this is just not normal and abnormal is BAD)

4. The Lap Lady spent hours crying. I tried to comfort her but she was too upsetted to even want to snuggle.

5. The Tall Man made the Lap Lady cry because she wasn't being very tolerant to me. She was ignoring my wanting to play and had no tolerance for my meezes. She changed really fast and started playing with me.

6. I used to only fetch sparkle balls but they've been banned (we get sparkles everywhere) so this week I learned how to play fetch with squiggles! I even get up on the couch to make it easier for the LL to throw it.

7. We've slept through the night in the snuggle room most nights this week. That means I can snuggle until the LL gets up in the morning.

8. Some strange men came to our house and dropped of some large piles of stuff. Then they came back and kept looking in the windows at us!! They are flinging stuff off the roof!!! Its scary.

9. Chase let me snuggle with him! In public. He likes to play with me but doesn't like to show any affection for me usually.

10. The LL didn't go to the barn nearly as much as she usually does. She said its because she needs to make her diet a priority (she found out she can't eat wheat gluten so now she has to actually start cooking food, she was really lazy and liked to microwave before now).

11. The weather has been hot. Its late September so it should be cool. Its hard to decide if this is good or bad but I don't like being cold in general. There is also a huge full moon.

12. We got lots of kitty mail!! We love getting kitty mail as we get the best stuff. Although the humans were thrilled when they got a fat check back from the State of NJ for "property tax relief".

13. Latte learned how to play tug-o-war with squiggles. If I tug he tugs back and its so much fun!!! (no pictures yet)

9/13 are GOOD so I guess that means its been a pretty good week, if not very odd!

That sounds like Quite the week - I'd need several naps after that.

Why did the lap lady cry for so long? Does it have to do with the scariness going on up on the roof? I told Chase that I would be over to help figure what is going on. I'll see you soon.

sounds like a rough week. we is sorry that the lap lady cried for so long - we hopes that she starts to feel better and that the tall man doesn't make her cry about anything else (although we hope that he was not the reason she was crying to begin with)

I've gotten in trouble with the sparkle balls to. Apparently the woman does not like the way I decorate with them...

Oh and we are off wheat and dairy for a month here so we hear you about your human... Sigh. I'll be glad when she gets back ON it..

You have had quite the week, Kaze. Sorry to hear that your Lap Lady has been crying - I hope she feels better soon. It is very cool that you play fetch with the squiggles, and that you and Latte play tug-o-war with them! Sounds like fun. :) I can't wait until my brother gets here and we can play together.

Lots of stuff happened at your house this week. I'm glad there were more good things than bad. We hope your LL feels better soon.

We feel sorry for your lap lady crying. That is very hard.

A property tax relief check would be a wonderful thing to get in the mail. Did you get more temptations from it?

I am happy that you had many more Good things than Bad things. But I am very sorry that your LL has to cook. My Mommie does not know how to cook very many things that do not come out of the microwave.

So much happenings. Diet changes are hard on beans - especially if they now have to cook. 9 out of 13 "good" does mean a good week. Even some of the "bad" sound good - #8 - a new roof perhaps.

Wait, the tall man made the lap lady cry? That wasn't nice. Of course, if you wanted to play, that's the highest priority for any bean.

A good day for me is getting to sleep in my man's computer chair on my snuggle blanket and purr pad... undisturbed. THAT's a good day.

That sounds a like a very good week (except the LL being sad).

Did da TM make da LL cry on purpose? Sumtimes man beans are not all dat sensitif and dey don't think afore dey say stuff...but 9 good out of 13 isn't bad. Our mom cooks, she can't amember a time she din't. Gramma started her furry young, like 9 years old.
